The first question you are going to ask is who am I sending my watch to?

A brief history of myself is as follows:
I am Jim Michaels, born in the Pocono Mountains in  PA.
Graduated from the following schools:

Eastern New Mexico University
W.O.S.T.E.P. Switzerland
Certified Master Watchmaker

Ebauches SA.  Switzerland
Certified Master Horologist

Self employed as a watchmaker from 1974 to Present.
In 1994 I became the Conservator of the N.A.W.C.C. Watch and clock museum, and in keeping the tradition of  watchmaking alive, I was the founder and director of the
N.A.W.C.C. School of Horology.
from it's opening until March of 2001.
I have owned a  "Brick and Mortar"  Store:
The House of Time
In Gettysburg, PA
for the last 7 years, and have now excepted the position as
Director of the NAWCC School of Horology again.
The House of Time has closed in Gettysburg,

My policy is simple,  I will do what ever it takes to make things right for you.  I have been in the watchmaking business for over 40 years and know how you need to be treated.

I have worked on and restored some of the worlds finest and most expensive watches and clocks.  If you have need, I can send you personal references of some of the most important people in the industry.
